ROCKLIN, Calif — A 12-year-old boy was arrested early Monday morning, January 5, for driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, hit-and-run and driving without a license.
According to the Rocklin Police Department officials, officers responded to a reported hit-and-run along the 3000 block of Twin Creeks Lane.
