LOGAN HEIGHTS — One year following the slaying of Andre Lamont Wilson, homicide detectives continue to look for leads.
Wilson, 47, was killed in Logan Heights on Jan. 3, 2013, about 8:15 p.m. A witness said that someone Wilson had been talking to in a dark car on 33rd Street fired shots and took off, San Diego police said.
Wilson was able to crawl a short distance to a residence before he died.
Police said Wilson had a criminal history and was living in a downtown shelter at the time of the incident.
