A suburban New Orleans mom is accused of killing her infant daughter by using methamphetamine and then breastfeeding.
Local media reports that 35-year-old Brandi Froeba broke down sobbing in court Wednesday, when prosecutors detailed the charge against her.
Froeba is facing a second-degree murder charge and is being held on a $250,000 bond.
