Walter Andy Vickrey
A Cambria teacher is facing felony charges including two counts of a lewd act by a caretaker of a dependent, spousal rape, bodily injury of his spouse, and dissuading a witness.
Walter Andy Vickrey, 48, a teacher at Coast Union High School was formally charged by the San Luis Obispo County District Attorney’s Office with the five counts.
Vickrey, who pleaded not guilty, is scheduled to appear in superior court on Jan. 4. He is currently on administrative leave from his teaching position at Coast Union High pending the outcome of the case.
